Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
During our first year of operations, Care Express has driven 484,921 accident free miles and have 673 clients. Care Express maintains a fleet of 16 units (Vans, SUVs and sedans), we employ 22 drivers and 10 administrative staff.
During our second year of operations, Care Express opened a second location in Farmington to serve San Juan county, Northeastern Navajo Nation and 100 miles into Colorado and Utah.
Care Express Transportation currently maintains 25 vehicles, 29 drivers , 12 administrative and 2 part time employees. In 2009, Care Express logged 1,546,811 miles with 9 contracts and available to provide transportation to 70,395 Medicaid eligible clients in San Juan, McKinley and Cibola counties of New Mexico. 76,583 Medicaid eligible clients in Apache and Navajo counties of Arizona.
Care Express Transportation is currently obtaining their Taxi and Limousine certification.
Care Express Transportation is a Native American, Woman Owned, Minority Owned, Self Certified Small Disadvantaged Business. 99% of our employees are Native Americans. We are HUBZone certified and currently obtaining our 8(a) certification.

2009 Provider Appreciation Day entitled "Celebrating our Committment to Safe, Reliable Transportation"
Providers and public were invited to Care Express Transportation's 1st Annual Provider appreciation day.
Display of Units from ADA compliant wheelchair van, mini van(s), 4x4 SUV's and Sedans for providers and public to view and ask any specific questions. Many of our clients live on rural dirt roads and require a 4x4 in inclement weather.
Fleet manager, Lewis Begay, explaining our program eligibility, driver qualifications and vehicle safety features to potential clients. Our drivers speak Navajo and English and are able to interpret for many of our clients.
