Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
During our first year of operations, Care Express had driven 484,921 accident free miles and have 673 clients. Care Express maintains a fleet of 16 units (Vans, SUVs and sedans), we employ 22 drivers and 10 administrative staff.
During our second year of operations, Care Express opened a second location in Farmington to serve San Juan county, Northeastern Navajo Nation and 100 miles into Colorado and Utah (must be a NM or AZ Medicaid provider).
Care Express Transportation currently maintains 36 vehicles, 36 drivers , 12 administrative and 2 part time employees. In 2009, Care Express logged 1,546,811 miles with 9 contracts and available to provide transportation to 70,395 Medicaid eligible clients in San Juan, McKinley and Cibola counties of New Mexico. 76,583 Medicaid eligible clients in Apache and Navajo counties of Arizona. We can even provide courtesy rides for individuals who are not covered by any type of insurance, with prior approval.
Care Express Transportation maintains membership with New Mexico Public Regulations Commission, Navajo Nation Regulatory Office, Small Business Administration, Center for Medicaid and Medicare, Office of Revenue Commission of the Hopi Tribe, and other professional organizations. We support community members and non-profit organizations as well, such as Whipporwill Senior Center, "Angles vs Drunkdrivers" Bike Run in Rememberance of Del and DeShanna Peshlakai, Dennis Arviso, Navajo Artist, Lane Begay, Navajo Youth Rodeo Cowboy and others.

Providers and public were invited to Care Express Transportation's 1st Annual Provider appreciation day.
Display of Units from ADA compliant wheelchair van, mini van(s), 4x4 SUV's and Sedans for providers and public to view and ask any specific questions. Many of our clients live on rural dirt roads and require a 4x4 in inclement weather.
Fleet manager, Lewis Begay, explaining our program eligibility, driver qualifications and vehicle safety features to potential clients. Our drivers speak Navajo and English and are able to interpret for many of our clients.
